A bathroom can look finished and still be built to fail: a shower with no real waterproofing, a fan that vents into the attic, a floor that was soft before the new tile went down. We price the parts you cannot see.

What people ask before picking a bathroom service.
Should I remodel the whole bathroom or just replace the tub?
Replace only the tub with a shower if the floor is firm, the vanity and toilet work, and the room is laid out the way you like; that takes days. If the floor is soft, the tile is loose or the pipes are old, a full remodel is the better use of the money.
What is the difference between a walk-in shower and a tub to shower conversion?
A conversion builds a shower inside the old 60 by 30 inch tub space in days. A walk-in shower installation can be larger, curbless or in a new spot, with framing work under the floor, and takes two to five weeks.
Is a primary bathroom remodel different from a regular bathroom remodel?
Yes. A primary suite is usually bigger and planned for two people, with a double vanity, a larger shower, often a tub and a heated floor. It costs more and takes longer, so it has its own page and its own price tiers.
When is a bathroom too small to remodel well?
Rarely. Most codes allow a full bath of about 5 by 7 feet. Pocket doors, wall-hung toilets, shallow vanities and glass panels make small rooms work, and we cover those choices on the small bathroom page.
Is it cheaper to remodel a bathroom or add a new one?
Remodeling an existing bathroom costs far less, because the drain, vent and water lines are already there. Adding a bathroom starts around $25,000 for a half bath in a closet and rises with the distance to the nearest drain.
Which bathroom service is quickest?
A panel tub to shower conversion, usually three to five working days. A tiled conversion takes about ten working days, a full hall bath remodel three to five weeks, and a primary suite six to nine.
