When something goes wrong
What happens after a bad review.
A supervisor calls the homeowner within one business day, visits if the problem is physical, and writes down what we will do and by when. The public reply says what we did, not what we are sorry about. If the review is fair, it stays up exactly as written; we have never asked a client to remove one.
