Eight trades, one contractor

Every remodel your home needs. One licensed team.

Most homeowners juggle four or five contractors on a single project. We hold the license, pull the permits and manage every trade, so you deal with one person from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Why homeowners choose us

The three things you are really worried about. Answered in writing.

Most homeowners worry about the same three things: the contractor disappears, the bill grows, the house becomes a mess. Our contract answers each one in writing.

The price you approve is the price you pay.

Fixed-price contract with a declared contingency. Nothing behind the wall gets fixed and billed without your written approval first.

You meet your crew before they walk in.

One project manager, one named crew, all background-checked. No unannounced subcontractors, ever.

A dated timeline, with daily updates.

You get a start date, a finish date and a text every working day. If we cause a delay, our on-time guarantee pays you.

Questions we hear on every first call

Before you call, the answers you are looking for.

Is the price you quote the price I pay?

Yes. Your contract shows a fixed price and a declared contingency for hidden conditions. If we open a wall and find something, we stop, document it with photos and send a change order. Nothing is billed until you approve it in writing.

How long will we be without a kitchen or bathroom?

A typical bathroom takes 2 to 3 weeks and a full kitchen 5 to 8 weeks, depending on scope and material lead times. Your contract has a start date and a finish date, and we set up a temporary kitchen station before demolition begins.

Who will actually be inside my house?

The crew you meet at the pre-construction walkthrough. Every person is employed or contracted by us, background-checked and introduced by name. No one you have not met enters your home.

What happens if you find mold, rot, asbestos or old wiring?

We document it, price it separately and explain what is required by code versus what is optional. In older homes with lead paint we follow the EPA lead-safe (RRP) rules. Licensed abatement partners handle asbestos.

Do you pull the permits?

Always. We pull every permit under our license, schedule the inspections and keep the paperwork. A contractor who asks you to pull the permit is a warning sign.

Why should I hire a national company instead of a local contractor?

Your project is run by a local, licensed crew with a local supervisor, backed by written guarantees a small shop cannot offer. The licenses page lists the license number for every state, and your estimate names the supervisor responsible for your project. You get the accountability of a local contractor and the protection of a company with a fixed address and a 10-year warranty.

Do you offer financing or phased projects?

Both. We can plan a whole-home remodel in phases with a price per phase, and we work with financing partners for homeowners who prefer monthly payments. Details are on the financing page.

Will you help with my insurance claim after storm damage?

Yes. We inspect within days, document the damage with photos, give you a written repair-or-replace opinion and meet the adjuster on site. You decide who to hire after you have the estimate.
