The same crew. Firefighting leaves wet drywall, floors and insulation, so every fire job includes drying with meters and dehumidifiers. It appears in the same estimate as the soot cleanup and rebuild, under one adjuster file.
Is storm damage to the roof part of storm damage repair?
No. Roof inspections and roof repairs after a storm are handled by our roofing team on its own page. Storm damage repair covers siding, windows, doors, framing and trees on the house, and both can be quoted together.
Does my insurer decide which restoration company I use?
No. Your insurer may suggest a company, but you are free to choose. We handle the emergency work, document the damage for the adjuster, and you decide who does the rebuild once the written estimate is approved.
Which kind of damage needs someone the same day?
Active water, sewage backups, fire damage with open windows or roof, and trees on the house need a crew the same day. Mold and storm damage that is closed to the weather can usually wait for an inspection within a few days.
Should I file a claim or pay for the repair directly?
It depends on the size of the loss compared with your deductible and your claim history. We give you an early written number for the damage so you can decide with your insurance agent before a claim is opened.
